Blackish in Riyadh combines American and Asian flavours.

Riyadh’s dining scene is home to homegrown brands and celebrity chefs. Now, it is set to welcome a new addition, Blackish. Located in the Mohammadiya district, it offers street food inspired by American and Asian flavours. If you want to put the restaurant on your radar, here’s what you need to know.

Designed for those who crave bold flavours and a relaxed atmosphere, Blackish combines a contemporary, casual vibe. At the heart of the concept is a focus on beef and craftsmanship.

The venue is easy to spot, thanks to its large monochrome sign. Inside, you’ll find a modern, spacious interior. Sit down at one of the long tables and watch the chefs at work.

On Instagram, the team has shared videos of the kitchen in action, with soaring flames, smoke and plenty of food. One tagline reads: “Juicy. Tasty. Unforgettable.” Another reads: “Slow-grilled, perfectly tender. Done right.”

At Blackish, guests can expect sizzling Asian-inspired street food creations alongside rich, smoky and spicy notes that fuse American and Asian culinary traditions. The menu spans bites, mains and sides.

Bites include Chilli Garlic Shrimps, Crispy Shredded Beef, and Tabasco Cajun Shrimps. Noodles range from Chilli Garlic Shrimp Noodles to Crispy Shredded Noodles. Main dishes include Charcoal x Smash, Ribeye x Charcoal, Tri Tip x Old Gold, and Ribs x Smash. Sides include Curly Charcoal Corn and Hand-Cut Fries.
