The new CZN Burak Gurme restaurant is set to welcome diners soon on Artaah Ibn Al Munther, bringing a crowd-pleasing take on Turkish comfort food to one of the Kingdom’s most storied destinations.
The promise is a full, immersive experience from the moment you step inside. Interiors are deliberately photogenic with beige and concrete-style walls framed by elegant arches and a warm palette that nods to Turkish heritage.
On the menu, gourmet Turkish breakfasts set the tone. Expect Menemen (softly scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers), Simit fresh from the oven and a host of morning favourites designed for sharing. Later in the day, the kitchen shifts to hearty mains, such as Doner Kebabs, İskender Kebabs, Lamb Chops, and a selection of Burgers for those who want a familiar format with a Turkish flair. Desserts stay classic and comforting with Baklava, best paired with traditional teas and coffees.
