The new venue will be located in Solitaire Mall in Riyadh.
Coffee connoisseurs, we have some exciting news. The Moroccan coffee brand, Bacha Coffee, will soon be opening in Solitaire Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While the official opening date has yet to be confirmed, here’s what we do know.
Founded in 1910 in Marrakesh, Morocco, Bacha Coffee quickly became a cultural and political hub for intellectuals, welcoming distinguished guests from around the world. It’s not every day that the likes of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill stop by your café for a cup of coffee. The two leaders were known to enjoy Arabic coffee – and Bacha Coffee was their choice.

After a period of closure, Bacha Coffee was restored and reopened. In 2017, it returned as a museum, and in 2019, it relaunched as a café. Today, Bacha Coffee has grown into a global brand with locations across Asia and the Middle East. In Asia, it can be found in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, and Taiwan. Middle Eastern locations include Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, and Kuwait.

Bacha Coffee specialises in 100 per cent Arabica coffee. Its stores also offer a curated selection of accessories, coffee beans, packaged blends and more. Items are presented in luxurious packaging, including gifts and hampers. If you’d like to recreate the café experience at home, explore their range of bowls, filters, and pots. Accessories also include books and scented candles. The customisable gift hampers are perfect for coffee lovers, beautifully wrapped with ribbons and personalised cards.
