Set beside Qiddiya City’s upcoming Speed Park Track, the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel Complex is being positioned as a luxury trackside stay.

Saudi Arabia’s giga-project pipeline continues to gather pace, and Qiddiya City remains one of its most ambitious developments. Located around 45 kilometres from downtown Riyadh, the destination is being built as a future hub for entertainment, sports and culture, with headline attractions including Aquarabia, Six Flags Qiddiya City and the highly-anticipated Speed Park Track. It is within this wider vision that the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel Complex is taking shape, placing hospitality directly alongside one of the city’s most talked-about attractions.

Rather than a single hotel, the project is designed as a multi-property destination within Qiddiya’s Core Resort District, specifically East Village South. Current project details point to a five-star Sports Car Hotel with 89 keys, a four-star F1 Overlook Hotel with 168 keys, and 65 serviced apartments for longer stays. Altogether, that gives the development 257 hotel rooms plus apartment-style accommodation, allowing it to cater to everyone from weekend motorsport fans to guests planning extended visits.

The development spans roughly 67,500 square metres and includes a main tower rising to 136 metres, alongside a shared basement, landscaping and supporting infrastructure. Its location beside the Speed Park Track is key to its appeal. The circuit has been designed as one of Qiddiya City’s flagship sports assets, featuring 21 corners, speeds of more than 325 kilometres per hour, and the dramatic Blade, a cantilevered track section soaring to around 70 metres above the ground.

What makes the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel Complex especially interesting is the way it blends accommodation with experience. This is not simply a hotel near a racetrack. It is being conceived as part of a wider motorsport district, where hospitality, spectator moments and entertainment are intended to work together. That indicates a stay built around immersion, with direct access to the atmosphere, pace and spectacle of the surrounding destination.

The wider hospitality picture at Qiddiya is also evolving. In 2025, Qiddiya Investment Company announced a strategic partnership with PIF-backed Adeera to operate a portfolio of hotels across Qiddiya City, while Adeera also revealed its Saudi-born brands Alia, Sama and Noor. An AquArabia hotel is also expected to sit alongside Saudi Arabia’s first water park.
