Riyadh is on a roll, and it’s putting out all the stops to become an entertainment hub. Now, in a bid to always bring something new, Riyadh will be getting its first-ever pool club, aptly named The Pool Club.
Opening this November in Al Safarat at the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh, The Pool Club is the latest concept from MDLBEAST, in collaboration with attaché. The lifestyle destination is already known for blending culture, design, and music, and now, according to their Instagram post, that experience is about to be elevated.
The Pool Club will be open exclusively to members. Built on the concept of exclusivity and intimacy, this space will feature cabanas, poolside dining, and a packed calendar of events with wellness and culture on the agenda. Promising a space to interact, it’ll also serve as a social hub. Beyond the pool and cabanas, the venue includes a state-of-the-art gym and nine serviced studios and duplexes, allowing members to stay overnight if they wish.
The Pool Club builds on attaché’s growing popularity. When the original attache opened last year, it wasn’t meant to be “just another restaurant”, MDLBeast CEO Ramadan Alharatani told Caterer Middle East. “Our guests kept telling us they wanted fresh, elevated daytime experiences, and The Pool Club was a natural next step, extending our community into the day and introducing a new kind of social and leisure culture to Riyadh.”
While this new addition is definitely an exciting new leisure destination for Riyadh, it won’t stop at the capital. Expect it to be a “starting model for the future of Saudi leisure”, with potential to expand to other cities and even internationally.
