URWLD, short for ‘Your World’, has announced its first-ever sports, leisure and lifestyle-entertainment venue in the Middle East. Located in Riyadh, it will offer a wide range of sports activities and adventure experiences. Scheduled to open in early 2027, here’s what to expect.
At the inaugural TOURISE Summit in Riyadh, URWLD unveiled its new offering, following collaboration with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the General Entertainment Authority (GEA). URWLD’s interactive experience aims to combine discovery, personal development, and community engagement. The venue will feature a variety of adventure sports and experiences from around the world, all under one roof.
Activities will include indoor archery, bouldering, climbing, surfing and scuba diving. Additionally, the site will host the Kingdom’s first indoor canyoning, coasteering, caving, and ice-climbing facilities.
Whether you are an expert or a beginner, trained staff will be on hand to assist. The venue is designed for both participants and spectators. After taking part, or simply watching, visitors can enjoy the food and beverage offerings. The site will also feature live music, retail outlets, wellness studios, immersive virtual reality experiences, and private event spaces.
URWLD’s plans extend beyond Riyadh, with additional sites expected across the Kingdom, including Jeddah.
