The organisers will bring together 128 fighters from 41 nations, and four weight classes. The four categories include featherweight, heavyweight, middleweight and super lightweight. Plus, the points are revealed in rounds two and four.
The competition looks set to be a thrilling event. During the event, there will be no draws, open scoring and instant replays. On Instagram, WBC Boxing shared a video which showed the lights being turned on in a boxing ring as the fighters battled it out. The caption stated: “A new generation of boxers will emerge and be redefined in the homeland of boxing, Saudi Arabia”.
