Motor Mania GT is set to make its debut at Jeddah Corniche Circuit, bringing a new multiclass racing series to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia’s motorsport scene is about to get even louder. After establishing itself as a major destination for Formula 1 and international motorsport, the Kingdom is now gearing up for the arrival of Motor Mania GT in Jeddah.
The first-ever Motor Mania GT event is scheduled to take place on 2 and 3 October 2026 at Jeddah Corniche Circuit. The new Saudi GT racing series is an official support category for the Aramco Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship, bringing a new form of high-performance circuit racing to the region.
Motor Mania GT will be giving GT cars the opportunity to take on the fast, narrow and unforgiving street circuit that Formula 1 drivers have battled around for years. One of the biggest attractions of Motor Mania GT 2026 will be its multiclass format.
The new Motor Mania GT racing series is designed to keep the action short, intense and competitive, with each race weekend featuring a 25-minute free practice session, a 25-minute qualifying session and two 35-minute races. There will be little time for drivers to settle into a rhythm, making qualifying particularly important.
The inaugural championship will feature a 12-car grid, with entries expected from some of the biggest names in the sports-car world, including Ferrari, McLaren, Radical and Ginetta. Rather than being another single-make racing series, Motor Mania GT will bring different GT and sports cars together on the same grid.
The championship has been created to make professional GT racing more accessible to drivers, teams and fans across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. By placing the series alongside the Aramco Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship, organisers can also give spectators multiple forms of racing action during the same weekend. With a small 12-car inaugural grid and a multiclass format, the series has the potential to become a new platform for GT racing in the Gulf.
