The AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 will run from 7 January to 5 February 2027.
The tournament marks the first time the football championship will be held in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia has been hitting the headlines for its world-class sporting events. Now, it is set to welcome AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027. Running from 7 January to 5 February 2027, it will take place across Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh.
The AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 will be its nineteenth edition. The international men’s football championship of Asia occurs every four years, and for the first time, it will be held in the Kingdom.
The final draw has also been confirmed, setting the stage for some compelling fixtures between Asia’s leading teams. Saudi Arabia will compete in Group A alongside Kuwait, Oman and Palestine, while the UAE has been drawn in Group E with the Republic of Korea, Vietnam, Lebanon and Yemen.

Group B: Uzbekistan, Bahrain, DPR Korea, Jordan
Group C: IR Iran, Syria, Kyrgyz Republic, China PR
Group D: Australia, Tajikistan, Iraq, Singapore

Group F: Japan, Qatar, Thailand, Indonesia
The five stadiums in Riyadh include Al Shabab Stadium, Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud University Stadium, King Fahd Sports City Stadium, King Saud University Stadium and Kingdom Arena. The two stadiums in Jeddah include King Abdullah Sports City and the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Sports City Stadium. Plus, a new stadium will be built in Al Khobar.
President of Saudi Arabian Football Federation Mr. Yasser Al Misehal, added: “This announcement goes beyond simply identifying locations and schedules; it reflects the ongoing high-level collaboration between us and the AFC as we work towards delivering an exceptional tournament that fulfils the aspirations of the entire Asian continent.”
