QUAN Hotpot Singapore is a modern hotpot restaurant located inside Resorts World Sentosa, offering a refined take on traditional Chinese hotpot dining. Designed for shared meals and social gatherings, it blends premium ingredients, contemporary design, and centuries-old hotpot culture into one elevated experience.
Hotpot has long been part of the Chinese culinary tradition, and QUAN Hotpot preserves this heritage while introducing a more modern, luxury-focused approach to dining in Singapore.
The restaurant space is warm and stylish, designed for group dining. Soft lighting, natural textures, and open seating create a relaxed yet premium atmosphere. A standout feature is a mural by Singapore artist Sam Lo titled One Pot, Many Worlds, symbolising people, cultures, and ingredients coming together — just like hotpot.
QUAN Hotpot Singapore is guided by the concept of the Five Elements of flavour: sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, and salty. Every broth and ingredient is designed to create balance, ensuring that each hotpot experience feels layered and harmonious.
The dining process is simple and interactive. Guests begin by choosing a soup base, then select ingredients such as meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Everything is cooked directly at the table in a shared pot, making the experience relaxed, social, and highly customisable.
Signature broths include Singapore Laksa, Sichuan Mala, Bone Pepper, Collagen Herbal Chicken, Traditional Congee, and Heritage Suan Cai. Ingredients focus on premium quality, including Australian Wagyu beef, Iberico pork, lamb, live Boston lobster, abalone, scallops, prawns, fresh fish, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, and dumplings. A key highlight is the Josper grill, where selected meats and seafood are charcoal-grilled for added smoky depth.
