Grange House will be a new entertainment venue in Singapore.

Singapore has no shortage of concerts, festivals and live entertainment. But as demand for live experiences continues to grow, more purpose-built venues are needed. That’s where Grange House, a new entertainment venue from Live Nation, comes in.
Located on Grange Road in Somerset, Grange House is expected to open in Singapore by mid-2027. It will sit on the site of a former open-air carpark, next to the Orchard Road shopping belt and close to 313@Somerset. The venue is being developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board and will become Live Nation’s first live music venue in Southeast Asia.
A dedicated walkway will also connect Grange House directly to 313@Somerset. The route is expected to feature rotating art exhibitions, pop-ups and other experiences, helping link the new venue with the wider Orchard Road precinct.
Grange House is being designed to fill a gap in Singapore’s live entertainment scene. With a capacity of approximately 3,000 people, the venue will sit between the city’s smaller performance spaces and its major arenas and stadiums. It’s intended to host concerts, tours, cultural experiences and other live events and will not be exclusive to Live Nation productions.
While live music will be central to Grange House, the venue is being designed for use beyond concert nights. Plans include a landscaped outdoor terrace, an all-day cafe and restaurant, as well as spaces for community talks, podcasts and public events. The foyer will also provide a place for visitors to eat, relax and meet before and after shows.
For Singapore’s live entertainment scene, Grange House adds another piece to an increasingly diverse venue landscape. With its opening targeted for mid-2027, Grange House will be one to watch as Singapore continues to expand its reputation as a destination for live entertainment.
