Inspired by the Pleiades constellation, ATLAS’s latest menu brings mythology to one of Singapore’s most acclaimed bars.
Few bars command a sense of occasion quite like ATLAS in Singapore. Since opening in 2017 inside Parkview Square, the grand Art Deco destination has built an international reputation for its opulent interiors, towering gin collection and consistently strong standing on the global bar circuit. It remains one of the city’s defining drinking destinations, and was ranked at No. 43 in The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2024.
Now, the celebrated bar is entering a new chapter with Daughters of ATLAS, a cocktail collection inspired by the seven sisters of the Pleiades and shaped by myth, mood and meticulous storytelling. The new menu is also the inaugural collection by Head Bartender Esmeralda Castrogiovanni, who has brought her own perspective to a venue already known for its elegance, theatricality and attention to detail.

“This menu is personal to me,” shares Esmeralda Castrogiovanni, Head Bartender at ATLAS. “Moving to Asia for the first time was a significant shift, and what drew me to ATLAS was the strength of its identity, the care and intention behind every detail. With Daughters of ATLAS, I wanted to build on that foundation and bring my own story into it. What you see on the menu is where those two things meet.”
Designed to unfold from afternoon into evening, the 16-cocktail menu moves from non-alcoholic serves to more spirit-forward drinks, allowing guests to navigate the list according to mood, flavour and strength. Each of the seven chapters draws from one of Atlas’s daughters, with cocktails shaped by character, texture and narrative. Highlights include Cartographer, a silky banana-led non-alcoholic serve; Golden Hour, a velvety mix of sherry, Pedro Ximénez and roasted butternut squash; Wingbeat, a herbaceous, tzatziki-inspired take on a gimlet; and The Illusionist, a richly layered interpretation of duck à l’orange in cocktail form.

Alongside the new collection, ATLAS in Singapore continues to honour the classics through 17 signature serves, including the ATLAS Martini and its well-known Gin & Tonic variations. There is also a new Negroni Ritual, a trio that explores the classic through different trade routes and flavour profiles, reinforcing the bar’s long-standing commitment to ritual, heritage and old-world glamour.
