The two-night pop-up will transform the hotel’s laundry plant into an immersive cocktail experience.
Fairmont Hotels and Resorts is bringing its Disappearing Bars series to Singapore, marking the concept’s debut in Asia. Taking place at Fairmont Singapore for two nights only, the exclusive pop-up will run on Tuesday, 5 May and Wednesday, 6 May 2026, with a limited number of tickets available each evening.
Created in collaboration with Belvedere Vodka, the experience is designed to take guests on an intimate and unexpected mixology journey. Fairmont Singapore will kick off the 2026 Disappearing Bars series with a transformation of one of the hotel’s most unusual spaces, turning a back-of-house laundry plant into a one-of-a-kind cocktail destination.
The evening begins at check-in, where guests will collect a personalised VIP key before being welcomed with a Belvedere cocktail and canapés at the Fairmont Gold Lounge. From there, they will be guided to the secret back-of-house space, codenamed ‘The Laundry Plant’, for a 45-minute experience limited to just 40 guests per night.
Inside the transformed venue, guests will sample five signature cocktails from Belvedere’s Martini Collection. Designed by Fairmont and Belvedere, the space will lean into its laundry-room setting, with cocktails served in detergent-measuring cups and theatrical touches such as edible bubbles and dry-ice ‘steam’.
The experience continues at Fairmont Singapore’s ANTI:DOTE, where guests can choose two cocktails from the Disappearing Bar collection. These will be paired with canapés prepared by the Fairmont Singapore culinary team, led by Culinary Director Chef Nicholas Issel.

Adding to the atmosphere, live DJ sets will be powered by Fairmont’s audio partner, Devialet, known internationally for its innovative sound technologies. The result is a playful, sensory-led evening that combines cocktails, culinary craft, music and immersive design.
Claudia Kozma Kaplan, Chief Brand Officer of Raffles Fairmont, said: “Fairmont hotels are renowned as dynamic social epicentres, where culture and community naturally converge. With our new ‘Disappearing Bars’ concept, we’re amplifying this tradition, offering guests immersive, time-limited experiences that redefine the unexpected within our hotels and resorts. The imaginative and surprising transformation of Fairmont Singapore’s laundry plant exemplifies the celebratory and creative spirit of Fairmont, and we look forward to it ‘Making Special Happen’ for all who encounter this unique experience.”
Tickets are available now and priced from SGD98++ per person.
