Winner of ‘Favourite Italian Fine Dining Restaurant’ at the FACT Dining Awards Abu Dhabi 2021, authentic Italian venue Villa Toscana is treating diners to a risotto feast this month. The menu encourages guests to take a culinary journey with six risotto specialities inspired by some of Italy’s most beautiful regions. Highlighting quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, Chef Vittorio’s rice-based specialities include Barolo wine risotto with roasted quail from Piedmont, saffron risotto with Vache Rosse cheese from Lombardy, seafood risotto from Sicily, duck risotto from Tuscany, tomato risotto with burrata and pesto from Campania, and finally, risotto “Cacio e Pepe” style, from Lazio. Transporting guests from the hills of Tuscany to the shores of Sicily, each comforting dish showcases authentic flavour combinations. The St. Regis Bar invites all steak and grape connoisseurs for a sophisticated evening in a classic setting complete with regal armchairs and striking works of art. The memorable meal includes dry-aged Irish beef, paired with a selection of rich and smooth grapes sourced from vineyards across the globe that have been selected to bring out the robust flavours of each cut of meat. The Project Brunch at the Terrace on the Corniche

With The Project Brunch, guests can dine on the outdoor terrace or in the elegant dining room, while pass-around trolleys deliver a wide range of culinary delights directly to each table – think: Tomahawk steaks with foie gras, red prawns with scallop tartare, and creamy mixed seafood gratin. Delighting foodies with the launch of Journey Around the World at The Terrace on the Corniche. Wednesday through Friday is now dedicated to special themed dinners, serving universal favourites from around the globe in the venue’s luxurious setting. Diners can look forward to the mouth-watering street food inspired by bustling capital cities through the ‘Urban Streets’ offering every Wednesday evening – British fish and chips, the German currywurst, Indonesian satays, American-style black bun burgers and more. Meanwhile, beloved dishes from across South East Asia come to life every Thursday evening with ‘Asianture’, transporting guests to Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Indonesia through a curated menu and multiple live stations of signature curries, vibrant stir-fries and refreshing salads. On Fridays, Journey Around the World presents ‘Ocean’s Table’ which, as its name suggests, caters to seafood enthusiasts with a lavish buffet of lobster, oyster and salmon. Inspired by a fish market, The Ocean’s Table concept features a selection of fresh seafood, which The St. Regis culinary team will prepare to your preference. Terrace on the Corniche is also the only concept in the capital to offer both a seafood market concept and an expansive buffet at the same time.
