A fantastic new wine and cheese night has launched at Jones The Grocer, JBR

While Dubai’s ever-evolving dining scene has left us spoilt for choice, few eateries can claim to feature speciality food retail, a walk-in cheese room, a charcuterie, a bakery, a patisserie and a deli set within a single concept – a feat accomplished by Jones the Grocer.

The neighbourhood café has recently set up shop in Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach, a property that has not only undergone a renovation whilst catering to both business and leisure travellers.

The popular Australian gourmet eatery begins the year by introducing its weekly “Cheese and Wine Night.” Here, for only AED 199 per person, guests can enjoy free-flowing white, red, and rose wine and an artisan cheese board laden with Gruyere, Brie and Manchego. The wine selection offers Chardonnay from Argentina, Italian Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc from France, and Chilean Merlot. The Cheese and Wine Night takes place on the venue’s outdoor terrace every Thursday from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, accompanied by uplifting live jazz music.

Elsewhere, diners can opt for a daily breakfast buffet from 6:30am to 11am or an à la carte menu from Monday to Friday until 12pm, and on the weekend until 4pm. Lunch and dinner specials – along with the likes of salads, pastas, burgers, licensed beverages and more – are served daily from 12pm to midnight.

The family-friendly venue features Jones the Grocer’s signature artisan cheese room, a charcuterie, a bakery, a patisserie, a deli, hand-selected groceries, and a show kitchen. Here, guests can also enjoy live entertainment, and sign up for cooking classes and kids’ workshops.

Established in 1996 in Sydney, Australia, Jones the Grocer has since expanded into the GCC and Asia, with seven new locations expected to open in the next year.
