Social Saturdays are a little more than lunch, not quite the extravagance of brunch. Serving a selection of Mediterranean dishes to the table, including a mix of Alba Terrace classics, new seasonal creations and items from the poolside wood-fired oven. Delight in innovative continental dishes paired with a selection of refreshing cocktails, including favourites like the Mykonos Spritz and Amalfi Sunset, in addition to a sommelier-curated wine list that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Tuck into Braised Lamb Shank with a delicate polenta foam and a zesty orange and mint gremolata, Prawn Risotto with red prawn chimichurri and lobster bisque, or the Ricotta and Truffle-based Pulled Beef Pizza while grooving to the Del Mare-style music spun by The Abu Dhabi EDITION’s resident DJ.

Save room for dessert because you don’t want to miss the towering Tropical Pavlova or the elegantly crafted Vanilla & Hazelnut Mille Feuille, alongside a tempting selection of ice creams and sorbets.
