It’s an al fresco affair at Fairmont The Palm this Ramadan

Partner Content: Fairuz Garden is hosting a special iftar under the stars.

Palm Jumeirah is home to seemingly countless dining options, making it that much harder to agree on one that manages to please even the pickier palates out there — enter Fairuz Garden. Located at Fairmont The Palm, this al fresco venue has brought Ramadan festivities under the stars, hosting both iftar and suhoor that’s suited to the whole family.

Aptly named Iftar Under The Stars, the feast features a plethora of over 200 dishes to break the day’s fast. A mix of traditional Arabic, Asian, Indian and international cuisines are on offer. We’re told that there’s something for everyone, with dishes including a selection of chilled seafood and sushi, traditional lamb ouzi, kebabs cooked over a charcoal grill, a shawarma station, Indian Laal Maas, and chaat stations.

They’re all served alongside cold and hot mezzeh, salads, freshly made breads from the tandoor, and sweet treats for all, with a range of classic dessert favourites and Turkish ice creams to satiate your sweet tooth. Complementing this culinary affair are the soft sounds of the oud player, as well as the spectacular backdrop over the Arabian Gulf to the Dubai Marina skyline and Ain Dubai, making iftar here a true sensory delight. It’s served daily from sunset to 9pm and is priced at AED 295 per person. Children aged six to twelve dine for AED 150, while kids under six dine for free.

Suhoor is also available at Fairuz Garden, with a variety of à la carte dishes available from a special suhoor menu that includes Arabic mezzeh, Indian and Asian bites, signature hand-rolled maki, and baked-to-order homemade kunafa. Healthier options, meanwhile, include the likes of gluten-free vegan bolognese and dairy-free desserts. Diners can enjoy the evening with special performers for a musical night under the stars. Fairuz Garden also offers an extensive shisha menu to help guests unwind. Suhoor is served from 9pm to 3am, with shisha starting from AED 125.
