Here, you can expect to dine on sweet and savoury treats served alongside artisanal tea, all complemented by spectacular sky-high views of Palm Jumeirah.
For an afternoon tea that will take you to new heights, a selection of delicacies are served on a decadent three-tier chest of draws. Whilst free-flowing tea is being poured, guests can enjoy a classic assortment of finely cut sandwiches and savoury bites of salmon tartar on black crostini, free-range egg and truffle mayonnaise sando, morel and porcini mushroom quiche, and Parisian bun with cured veal ham, all grain sweet mustard and baby gherkin butter.
The confectionery menu includes a selection of dainty desserts – French macaroon, basil strawberry cheesecake, chocolate orange ganache choux, gold berry tartlet and white chocolate and vanilla custard included. Teatime favourites like freshly baked warm scones with lashings of mascarpone cream and honey lemon jam will also be served.
