Kickstart your epicurean journey with Twine’s Dips Selection, served with homemade pita bread and an array of delectable spreads. From the smoky goodness of Melitzanosalata to the tanginess of Tzatziki, prepare your taste buds for an explosion of flavours. Pair it with the Fish and Shrimp Soup, swimming with seabass and shrimp.

Raw meat lovers rejoice because Twine’s raw bar has plenty of produce on display. Try the Smoked Half-Cooked Tuna Carpaccio, topped with black truffle dressing, or the Sea Bass Ceviche, adorned with pear, tomato coulis, and salmon roe. For those craving something lighter, the restaurant offers a selection of salads and hot starters. From the refreshing Melon and Cheese Salad to the indulgent Stuffed Peppers, there’s something to satisfy every palate.


Now, no Mediterranean feast is complete without pasta and pizza, so you can sink your teeth in Twine’s creative twists on classic favourites, like the Gnocchi Pasta with wild mushrooms and salted ricotta cheese or the Maritime Pizza with an abundance of seafood toppings. The Pizza De Burrata Y Rucola, topped with creamy burrata truffle cream, homemade tomato sauce, rocca leaves, cherry tomatoes, and fresh truffle, it’s a tempting choice.

Whether you’re in the mood for Grilled Gambas, a fusion of grilled prawns, sauce vierge, and grilled lemon, Wagyu Steak paired with grilled asparagus, baby carrots, and creamy foie gras, or Grilled Baby Chicken, made with sautéed baby vegetables and chicken jus, you’re sure to find a dish that satisfies your cravings.
