The ever-popular eatery at Fairmont Dubai knows exactly how to create the ultimate island-hopping fantasy for those lusting for a Greek holiday without leaving Dubai, serving all the classics in a cheery setting. Now, drawing culinary inspiration from the six island groups in Greece (the Ionian, the Cycladic, the Sporades, the Dodecanese, the Saronic Gulf, and the Aegeans), guests will be transported around the islands through traditional entertainment and dining.
The OPA Summer Brunch is an exclusive dining experience taking place only twice a month throughout the summer, bringing the best of the restaurant’s famous Hellenic cuisine and beloved celebratory entertainment. Guests can expect delicious food made with an endless flurry of love and passion, firmly rooted in tradition. Sharing-style appetisers, for starters, will feature dips such as crispy lamb hummus and tzatziki, followed by fresh Greek Salads, homemade meat pie, Tangy Tuna Tartare, and different types of cheeses. Diners can then move on to the main courses, with a choice of a roasted Sea Bass, a grilled marinated Chicken Kontosouvli served with sides, or a lush Lobster Orzo with tomato sauce & seaweed butter. Bonus: all mains can be enjoyed with a side of Feta Fries or Grilled Vegetables.
Finally, no Greek feast is complete without a sweet touch to end, and a meal at OPA is no exception. Guests at the upcoming summer brunch can pick between OPA’s famed Baklava Sundae (served in a crispy filo cup filled with pistachio cream, caramel, and Greek yoghurt ice cream topped with caramel sauce, crispy filo and smashed pistachio), Portokalopita (served with Greek yoghurt ice cream with candied pistachio and wild cherries), or Milopita (a spiced apple, crispy phyllo served with vanilla ice cream and toasted almonds).
Beginning on 10 June, the OPA Summer Brunch will host two editions per month from 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the essence of a Greek summer. Diners are invited to allow the spirit of freedom roam free with live entertainment, Zorba dances, and smashing plates accompanied by signature beverages crafted with the finest quality. The brunch starts at AED 395 for the house beverage package, while the bubbles package is priced at AED 445. Reservations, for obvious reasons, are highly recommended.
