Tuck into the new menu at Carine
The FACT award-winning French Mediterranean restaurant at Emirates Golf Club has introduced several new dishes to its a la carte menu to celebrate the arrival of summer. Curated by Chef Izu and his culinary team, the new dishes include Truffle Beef Carpaccio, drizzled with fresh lemon juice and pine nuts and the Cauliflower Salad, prepared with blood orange, Manchego cheese and shavings of truffle. Elsewhere, the Truffle Tortellini and beef fillet with Bordelaise Sauce are truly indulgent signature dishes. Available daily, from 12pm.

Entering the summer season, SUCRE introduces a new weekend set menu featuring a selection of Chef Fernando Trocca’s signature dishes. Diners will start with signature snacks and small plates, including stuffed olives, pickled peppers, chilli prawn ceviche, and spicy octopus tostada.
