Highlights include the Colony Pizza (fluffy pan pizza topped with soft mozzarella, Ezzo pepperoni and glazed with honey), the Big Ang pizza (topped with ricotta, double pecorino, meatballs and banana peppers) and Le Big Matt (a double-stack burger featuring grass-fed beef patties, American cheese on a pretzel bun served with waffle fries). A restaurant, bar and family entertainment hub with torn-away walls and handcrafted graffiti, this neon joint offers a menu of burgers, shakes and beverages. Positioned as the younger sibling of Lock, Stock & Barrel, Central’s bowling alley flips at midnight to service the party crowd of its big brother. You heard right – Lock, Stock & Barrel patrons can put their hand-eye coordination to the test as the Central Bowling Alley links the two venues together!
