Tuck into the new menu at CLAP
With Chef Renald at the helm, CLAP’s new menu introduces different culinary techniques, resulting in the restaurant’s most opulent menu yet. The new menu begins with Hokkaido scallops and foie gras mixed berries and Ichigo miso-glazed eggplant. Other must-try dishes include the Gindara black cod sashimi and nigiri and the roasted Tamara King Crab leg. To end the experience on a sweet note, the menu offers a stormy yuzu baba, sangria poke bowl and kalamansi ginger tart. The restaurant also offers an Omakase and Premium Omakase option, allowing guests to sample dishes from the new menu for the ultimate CLAP dining experience.
