Celebrate the ‘Stories of Paper’ at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi
With the arrival of Louvre Abu Dhabi’s new exhibition, ‘Stories of Paper’, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi’s Executive Chef Balveer Balkissoon has come up with an exciting way for guests to enhance their visit to the cultural hotspot. Crafted using seasonal ingredients, the three-course set menu takes guests on a journey through the development of paper and how the material can be represented and symbolised through food. The appetiser features green asparagus with lemon whipped cream, puffed black rice leaf and blood orange reduction, while the main stars hand prepared pigeon pastilla, wrapped in filo sheets and served with spring vegetables and a pigeon jus. The culinary experience concludes with a serving of Fouquet’s signature vanilla millefeuille. Available daily until 24 July. AED 290 per person.

The dining experience involves a mixture of immersive theatre and interactive dining that takes diners on a 90-minute culinary journey using state-of-the-art 3D mapping technology. Tuck into the new menu items at Pickl
Popular burger brand Pickl have added two new items to their ever-expanding menu of burgers, tenders and shakes. OG Pickl fans will be delighted to see the return of the Sloppy Owen Burger (AED 55), inspired by the American Sloppy Joe, this burger is stacked with a smashed patty and topped with Monterey Jack cheese, chilli con carne, chive sour cream and Nashville spice between a potato bun. Elsewhere, the Sloppy Ellen Fries (AED 35) feature Pickl’s classic skinny fries topped with chilli con carne, Monterey Jack cheese, chive sour cream, Nashville spice and a pickled chilli.
