Try the new Summer Club menu at Shang Palace

Diners are invited to savour a three-course menu prepared by culinary maestro Chef Qiguo Su at Shang Palace this summer. The Summer Club menu features a choice of appetisers that include crispy seabass, Sichuan spicy shredded chicken salad, Tiger prawns, stir-fried beef rib eye and udon noodles paired with either chicken, beef, or seafood. The dessert selection carefully blends century-old concepts with new-age flavours and techniques. Such is the case with the black sesame tofu cheesecake or the vanilla tart with yuzu crémeux.
