Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire has created generous and flavourful dishes to celebrate the winter season, inviting diners to discover regional tastes from around France. Guests can find the festive season’s French favourites, including terrine of foie gras with spiced pumpkin seeds and creamy Burrata served on a bed of rocket and cherry tomatoes salad. When it comes to seafood, Pierre Gagnaire has created thinly sliced haddock with “ratte” potatoes and a hearty lobster tail served with rice pilaf and roasted cauliflower bathed in bisque. The dessert menu includes Parisian Gastronomy classics, including the traditional Millfeuille and apple tart to share. Available daily from 12pm to 11pm.

Art Changes Every Think is a new art exhibition by British-Moroccan artist DAZ. The exhibition features a collection of DAZ’s recent art pieces that showcase a richness in colour, with messages and characters in a Street Art Pop style. DAZ was the first Moroccan artist to have an exhibition at the Carrousel du Louvre.
