Visit a limited-time food festival at OSH, La Mer:

La Mer’s contemporary Uzbekistani restaurant has launched the OSH Food Festival, which will run until 4 April. In celebration of the start of Navruz, Uzbekistan’s colourful and fun-filled spring festival, OSH will launch four new dishes. As the only restaurant in Dubai that imports and uses authentic Uzbekistani ingredients, guests can enjoy the bold flavours of Uzbekistan’s signature dish of rice and meat traditionally cooked over an open fire. Mol Go’shti Osh (beef), Sabzavlar Osh (vegetarian), Tawook Osh (chicken) and the Signature OSH (lamb) are all available.

The Balinese-inspired beachside restaurant on West Palm Beach is keeping our travel dreams alive with the launch of a new breakfast menu. The mouth-watering choice of dishes includes Asian Omelette served with custard baos, the Koko Bay Full English, Brioche French Toast, Koko Nut Pancakes infused with lemongrass maple syrup and the Amazonica Acai Bowl. Homegrown@Souk returns to Madinat Jumeriah:

Souk Madinat Jumeirah, which recreates a traditional Middle Eastern marketplace through distinctive architecture and cultural entertainment, will shine the spotlight on the rise of sustainable dining options with the second Homegrown@Souk food festival. The bill will include two weekend Farmers’ Markets, a week-long schedule of food and beverage masterclasses and Souk Restaurant Week, allowing diners to experience specially curated menus across a wide range of venues. Open from 9am to 2pm, the free-to-attend ‘VeggiTech Farmers’ Market will provide visitors with the opportunity to shop for healthy and locally sourced produce and interact with homegrown producers.
