The chic beachfront venue offers guests an idyllic setting to soak up the sun. With mesmerising beats by its talented roster of resident DJs set against the Dubai skyline, Surf Club sets the scene for the perfect Sunday. Caviar Kaspia is celebrating the arrival of summer with the introduction of a weekend brunch. The four-course brunch begins with freshly baked viennoiseries, Kaspia’s signature beef carpaccio, fried chicken and Piroshki (minced beef buns). Diners are offered a choice of eggs, including scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict or mimosa eggs with Oscietra caviar or smoked salmon. Main courses include Kaspia’s stuffed croissant or buckwheat risotto accompanied by a side salad or French fries.
