Caviar Kaspia is celebrating the arrival of summer with the introduction of a weekend brunch. The four-course brunch begins with freshly baked viennoiseries, Kaspia’s signature beef carpaccio, fried chicken and Piroshki (minced beef buns). Diners are offered a choice of eggs, including scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict or mimosa eggs with Oscietra caviar or smoked salmon. Main courses include Kaspia’s stuffed croissant or buckwheat risotto accompanied by a side salad or French fries.
