Known for its elevated Indian cuisine, The Crossing will be hosting a culinary pop-up at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island in celebration of IIFA. The Crossing’s appealing menu features food from the Rajput kitchens, hidden gems from northeast India and robust yet straightforward recipes from India’s coastline. In addition to traditional favourites, The Crossing presents a series of unique dishes not usually found in Indian restaurants that spotlight foreign influences from the Caribbean, Portugal, France and Great Britain that have historically found their way into Indian cuisine.
