Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito will host a one-of-a-kind sensory experience, where guests can savour Italian cuisine paired with sparkling wine from Ferrari. Honeycomb Hi-Fi will present a remarkable evening of music featuring Ohm Hourani. The innovative producer and DJ explores the relationship between technology and sound to create unique sensory experiences. In addition to the incredible soundtrack, guests can indulge in Honeycomb Hi-Fi’s signature dishes, including Scallop Siu Mai and Mochi Stuffed Wings with yuzu chilli salt. Brunch like a King
Head to Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Tower’s ‘Pardon my Brunch’ for a royal experience. Watch King Charles III’s Coronation live while indulging in a buffet fit for a king featuring traditional British dishes like beef and salmon wellingtons, as well as international specialities. Sample octopus carpaccio and beef cecina, but save room for dessert with classic English treats such as Bakewell tart and Eton mess. With pumping tunes encompassing the best of Afro, Caribbean, Hip Hop, and R&B, DJs Crown Prince and Colione will keep you grooving all afternoon. Masticate at Masti
Masti is back with a new location and a brand new brunch. The Elephant Bath Brunch menu showcases re-imagined Indian cuisine through an array of the restaurant’s most sought-after dishes. The brunch begins with a sourdough naanza to share, followed by cold and hot starters, mains, and desserts. Guests can then choose from a selection of main course options, including tuna bhel tartare, messy chicken tikka, burrata butter chicken, beef rendang, and peanut butter kulfi. Sumosan, located in The Dubai EDITION, is winding down the weekend with live entertainment, upbeat singers and a resident DJ playing nostalgic tunes.
