The measures come after closures of regional airspace.
If you’re travelling in or out of the region or taking a UAE flight, make sure to stay updated. The UAE has initiated an emergency response plan across its main airports, following the disruption of several flights due to regional airspace closures. Increased security concerns mean that major airlines, such as Etihad, Emirates, flydubai, and Air Arabia, are rerouting or suspending services to several destinations.
Affected airports include Dubai International Airport (DXB), Dubai World Central (DWC), Zayed International Airport Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah International Airport. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) has implemented its continuity plan to maintain the movement of passengers and airport operations with minimal disruption.

Air Arabia
Air Arabia has suspended the following routes: Iran, effective until 30 June; Iraq, effective until 30 June; Jordan, effective until 20 June; and Russia, effective until 20 June.
