The Chainsmokers and The Script will be closing the race concert weekend in Abu Dhabi this December.

For quite some time, there was a question mark hanging over the final race weekend of the Formula 1 season this year. With the regional situation causing uncertainty over whether the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix would go ahead as planned, fans were left waiting for much-needed confirmation. That finally came last week when the organisers announced that the 2026 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will proceed as planned. And now that the race is back on, the final Yasalam After-Race Concerts have been announced, bringing The Chainsmokers and The Script to Abu Dhabi.

The Chainsmokers and The Script will form the closing night of the Yasalam After-Race Concerts this year. Taking place on Sunday, 6 December 2026 at Etihad Live, you can expect a fitting end to the action-packed race weekend.

Grammy Award-winning The Chainsmokers bring the duo of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart to Abu Dhabi. With global hits including “Don’t Let Me Down,” “Paris,” “Something Just Like This,” and “Closer”. After performing on stages around the world, including the main stage at Tomorrowland earlier this year, they are bringing that high-energy show to Abu Dhabi for the final night of F1 race week.

Joining them on the Sunday night lineup is Irish band The Script, bringing a very different energy to Etihad Live. The multi-platinum, chart-topping group has spent almost two decades building a loyal international following with songs such as “Hall of Fame,” “Breakeven” and “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved.”

The Chainsmokers and The Script join an already stacked Yasalam After-Race Concerts lineup. Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson will perform on Thursday, 3 December 2026, while Imagine Dragons are set to take the stage on Saturday, 5 December 2026. More international artists are still expected to be announced.

And, as always, access to the Yasalam After-Race Concerts is exclusive to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders. Fans can also upgrade to the Golden Circle for guaranteed concert access and a spot closer to the stage. With more names still to come, it looks like the 2026 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is shaping up to be quite the way to wrap up the F1 season.
