The Dubai-born deli brings bagels and an all-day Breakfast Club to Al Qana.
Dubai’s homegrown dining names such as BLU Pizzeriá and ‘Za ‘Za have been making their way to the capital, and now another popular concept is set to join the list. FACT award-winning Rascals Deli is preparing to open in Al Qana on 4 November 2026, giving Abu Dhabi its own outpost of the much-loved sandwich concept.
The new branch will occupy a ground-floor spot in the popular waterfront destination. For Abu Dhabi diners, that means easier access to the stacked sandwiches that have built a loyal following in Dubai, without the need to travel down Sheikh Zayed Road.

Rascals Abu Dhabi is expected to follow the same formula that has made the original such a hit. Guests can look forward to Rascals’ signature line-up of statement sandwiches, made with thick pieces of bread and moreish fillings, alongside speciality coffee, drinks and desserts.
Milk bread forms the base of the Pastrami, which combines the cured meat with coleslaw, Russian dressing and French mustard. The Spicy Club adds crunch with salt and vinegar chips, while The Fatty Melt comes on Hokkaido milk bread.
Hoagie rolls hold the Philly, served with homemade cheese whiz, alongside the Truffle Philly and Chopped Pastrami. Focaccia takes an Italian turn with The Paradiso, bringing together veal ham, stracciatella, pistachio pesto, and honey.

Bagels also get plenty of attention, with classic, open-top and croissant versions on the menu. The Atlantic pairs smoked salmon with sumac onions, while The Anthony Bourdain features crispy veal ham and Dijon mayo. Those after something simpler can choose a bagel and spread for AED 28, with five cream cheese and labneh spreads available.
Then there is the all-day Breakfast Club, which makes a late start sound rather appealing. The line-up includes a Breakfast Sando, Truffled Eggs & Veal and a Cheeseburger Burrito. Add a hash brown and a drink to any Breakfast Club order for an additional AED 14.
Founded by friends Talal Hizami, Ramez Mikhail and Tarek Roumie, the concept began as a pop-up before growing into a cult-favourite deli known for its stacked sandwiches, specialty coffee and easy-going neighbourhood energy. The brand sits under TABLE4TWO, the hospitality group behind a growing portfolio of concepts in the UAE. Alongside the original Rascals Deli in Wasl Square, the group also operates Rascals Bakehouse, known for its cereal croissants and peanut butter oat latte, as well as Apollo, DIME, ’Za ‘Za Slice and the upcoming Levantine concept BASMA.
This is not Rascals’ first taste of Abu Dhabi. In 2025, the concept drew sizeable crowds during a limited-time pop-up at LOCAL in Mamsha Saadiyat, where eager diners turned up to try the sandwiches that had already been generating serious momentum in Dubai.
