The trendy burger joint has opened its first permanent UAE location.
London’s cult burger brand Supernova Burger has officially landed in the UAE, opening its first permanent home in Abu Dhabi and launching a dedicated truck in Dubai.
The move follows the brand’s successful pop-up at Marsa Boulevard in Dubai, where long queues and sold-out nights helped turn the London-born cult concept into one of the city’s most talked-about casual dining arrivals. Now, Supernova Burger is building on that momentum with two new locations across the country.
In Abu Dhabi, Supernova Burger sits next to Berenjak Abu Dhabi inside a standalone villa in Al Bateen known as “The House.” Arriving just in time for the Eid break, the capital’s first Supernova location brings the brand’s signature smash burgers, golden fries and nostalgic sundaes to the capital.
Expect classic diner-style staples elevated by precision and care. Their signature cheeseburgers come stacked with smashed double patties, American cheese, house sauce, and soft, golden buns. Everything is handcrafted, from the hand-cut fries to the decadent sundaes. There are no gimmicks here, just expertly executed comfort food served in a clean, minimalist diner setting that is sleek, straightforward, and effortlessly cool.
Meanwhile, Supernova Burger’s presence in Dubai will continue with a truck at Al Jalila. The new outpost offers a more relaxed, grab-and-go way to enjoy the menu, while further Dubai locations are already being planned for later this year.
Founded in Soho, London, in 2023, Supernova isn’t your average burger joint. The brand has built a near-fanatical following in the UK for its stripped-back, substance-over-style approach to dining. In a world of over-the-top creations and culinary theatrics, Supernova’s philosophy is refreshingly simple: great burgers done right. And if its success in London’s upmarket Mayfair is anything to go by, it’s about to win over burger lovers across the UAE.
The concept has been brought to the UAE by Belhasa Hospitality, which has brought multiple restaurant brands from London to the country, such as North Audley Cantine (NAC) and the FACT award-winning Berenjak.
