The feasting will commence at Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental.
Foodies and gastronomes, get ready to tantalise your taste buds and embark on a memorable culinary journey as the MICHELIN Guide brings its regional Food Festival back to Abu Dhabi. Mark your calendars for 21 to 23 November because this food extravaganza is about to hit the capital.
Taking place at the picturesque Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, the gastronomic spectacle forms part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Season and will see 20 MICHELIN Guide-recognised restaurants whisk you away on a culinary adventure.

Prepare to be amazed by a star-studded lineup of chefs, both local and international, who are masters of their craft. The international restaurants have not been revealed yet, but last year’s event featured Crony (two MICHELIN Stars and a Michelin Green Star, Japan), Evvai (two MICHELIN stars, Brazil), Restaurant Allen (two MICHELIN Stars, Seoul), Casa Vigil (One MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star, Argentina), Esquina Común (One MICHELIN Star, Mexico), Samrub Samrub Thai (one MICHELIN Star, Thailand) and Vino Locale (one MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star, Türkiye).
The third edition of the MICHELIN Guide Food Festival offers more than delightful dishes. Curious foodies can tuck into exclusive dishes and attend masterclasses, each led by skilled chefs. The festival will also host a Chef’s Table, where local and international chefs will create a six-hands culinary collaboration.

Taian Table’s Stefan Stiller (Three MICHELIN Stars, Shanghai 2025) leads a stellar line-up that spans continents and styles: Mano Thevar at Thevar (Two Stars, Singapore 2025) channels South Asian flavours with European technique and premium Japanese ingredients; Mitja Birlo at The Counter (Two Stars, Switzerland 2024) crafts expressive, seasonal Alpine plates; and Peter Cuong Franklin at Ănăn Saigon (One Star, Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City | Da Nang 2025) reimagines Vietnamese street food with modern finesse.
The savoury tour continues with John Bates of Interstellar BBQ (One Star, Texas 2024) bringing smoke, soul and precision; Ron Hsu of Lazy Betty (One Star, Atlanta 2024) serving heartfelt tasting menus shaped by family roots; Augusto Garcia of Zonda Cocina de Paisaje (One Star, Mendoza 2024) cooking straight from the Lagarde winery’s gardens; and Abe Tomohiko of Yakitori Abe (Bib Gourmand, Tokyo 2026) elevating skewers through purity and technique.
