Located on Saadiyat Island, the menu offers a fusion of flavours.

The UAE capital is home to a diverse range of restaurants, featuring celebrity chefs, homegrown businesses, and MICHELIN-starred venues. Now, Abu Dhabi has welcomed the Pan Asian meets Peruvian restaurant with the opening of YANA. The new venue is located at Hidd Saadiyat Island.

YANA in Abu Dhabi offers a classy and contemporary dining experience. The marvellous menu blends Pan-Asian and Peruvian cuisine, and is built around bright acidity, spice, and charcoal notes drawn from both culinary traditions. Expect crudo and ceviche alongside wok-fired plates, thoughtful vegetarian options and a beverage list that mirrors the kitchen’s citrus-forward profile. Highlight dishes including empanadas, sushi, and matcha cheesecake. The dishes combine the cooking techniques and ingredients of different regions, while the culinary team draws inspiration from tradition and prides itself on its meticulous attention to detail.

YANA Abu Dhabi

YANA is a sophisticated space with a bold blue décor. The deep shades of blue colour can be found across the venue, from the blue walls to the blue banquettes, which are great for groups. The space includes low-lit lighting and potted plants.

YANA in Abu Dhabi is from the same group behind Abu Dhabi’s James Café, Nira and the soon-to-open Oya. James Café is situated in Al Reem and specialises in French cuisine. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dishes include Avocado on Toast, Egg Benedict, and Scrambled Champignon. Nira is a new Indian-Mirati concept that opened in Al Qana last year, while Oya is a Bali-esque all-day escape where coffee, cuisine and community meet.

For Abu Dhabi diners, YANA is a handy new address for date nights, group gatherings and out-of-town guests who want flavour, finesse and a little island escapism by the water.
