The site will feature 60 rooms and suites, 30 villas, and 90 mansions.
Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Abu Dhabi has announced plans to open in the capital. Scheduled to open in 2030, the resort will be located on a private island and will feature 60 rooms and suites, 30 villas, and 90 mansions.
Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Abu Dhabi will boast a horseshoe-shaped design, offering breathtaking views of the sea, sunset, and city skyline, stretching from the Arabian Gulf to Qasr Al Watan. The luxurious retreat will extend Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, and will be accessible via a purpose-built bridge or by sea.

The construction and design will be led by Milanese architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Drawing inspiration from Abu Dhabi’s cultural tapestry, the site will incorporate materials that reflect Emirati identity and heritage. Landscape design will be overseen by Milan-based LAND SRL, with dunes and gardens that blend Italian artistry with Arabian tradition.
The resort will comprise a main building featuring 60 guest rooms spread across multiple levels, including two Bvlgari Suites and a Bvlgari Penthouse. The 30 beachside villas will each include a private pool. The crown jewel will be a five-bedroom, 1,200-square-metre Bvlgari Villa, set within its own private park and leading to a private beach with a 20-metre pool.

The three-MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, already found in Bvlgari Resort Dubai, will now open in Abu Dhabi. Dining venues will also include the Japanese concept Hōseki, La Spiaggia, and Bvlgari Bar. Plus, it will feature Il Caffè, a casual Italian restaurant; Dolci, offering artisan chocolates and Italian pastries; and a refined Turkish restaurant.
Designed as a seaside destination, the resort will offer marine activities and water sports. A wide selection of luxury amenities will be available for wellness, recreation, and entertainment. The Bvlgari Spa will span 2,000 square metres, featuring a 25-metre lap pool and a 1,000-square-metre fitness centre.
