Partner Content: Ilios Pool Club pairs Greek-Mediterranean dining with late-night dancing and a DJ Bliss poolside session.
From seafood and mezes to Champagne and club anthems, Ilios has Saturdays covered in Abu Dhabi. Located at Surf Abu Dhabi on Hudayriyat Island, the Aegean-inspired restaurant and pool club has put together a programme that moves from a brilliant brunch to poolside drinks and dancing after dark.
FACT readers may already recognise the setting. Ilios recently hosted the FACT Dining Awards Abu Dhabi 2026, bringing the capital’s restaurant industry together for the ceremony’s 12th edition. Its Saturday line-up offers another reason to gather friends and head back to the island.
The Saturday Brunch centres on seafood, savoury mezes and Greek favourites, with a rotating roster of DJs and live entertainment keeping things lively. Available every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm, it offers a three-hour experience beginning at your preferred arrival time. Packages cost AED 350 per person for food and unlimited soft drinks, AED 450 for food and unlimited house beverages, and AED 635 for the Laurent-Perrier Champagne option.
Following brunch, the “Extend the Fun” packages give you a reason to linger a little longer. Available from 4pm to 6pm, the beverage packages cost AED 185 for the house option or AED 330 for the premium/Champagne option. With the music continuing into the afternoon, there is no need to rush off after the last plate has been cleared.
After sunset, Euphoria takes over. Tucked inside Ilios, the nightclub opens every Saturday from 8pm to 2am, with a DJ, drummer and live entertainment setting the pace. The open-format soundtrack moves between commercial hits, house, Afro sounds and club anthems, while Ladies’ Night runs from 8pm to 11pm. The dress code is Glam, giving guests a reason to dress for the occasion.
Mark your diary for Saturday, 21 November 2026, when DJ Bliss takes to the decks at Ilios from 1pm. His poolside session will combine house music, commercial favourites and feel-good tracks, with Greek-Mediterranean dishes and drinks completing the afternoon overlooking the waves at Surf Abu Dhabi.
DJ Bliss has previously shared stages with Beyoncé, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Martin Garrix and Swedish House Mafia. For his Ilios appearance, regular brunch packages will be available to purchase.
