Witness a culinary collab
TakaHisa Japanese Restaurant will host a culinary collaboration this week with Chef Izumi Kimura from Sushi Jin, a MICHELIN-starred establishment in Tokyo. The collaboration harmoniously blends age-old techniques with modern innovation, premium seafood from Japan’s Toyosu Fish Market and A5 Kobe beef of the highest grade. The Omakase menu features pink plum-flavored chawanmushi, shrimp nigiri, shabu-shabu with local whitefish, and grilled skewers of perch. This exclusive event accommodates eight to ten guests per seating and takes place from 12 to 14 December. AED 3,000 per person.
