Chef Dani García and Chef Grégoire Berger will merge their culinary prowess to create a menu that celebrates the natural elements of fire and water. Expect each dish to be a byproduct of their shared vision of pushing culinary boundaries while honouring the essence of their respective elements. Try the new tasting menu at 99 Sushi

99 Sushi Restaurant & Bar has introduced its “Natsu Tasting Menu” under the guidance of Chef Ruben Guerrero. The 12-course experience celebrates traditional recipes, reviving the classic Chawanmushi—a savoury egg custard—elevated in the 99 styles with crab, uni, caviar, truffle, and a lavish helping of shiitake dashi. The menu also features innovative takes on the beloved Alaskan King Crab Gunkan, Capumiso Soup, Hosomaki, Kobe Edamame, Sea Urchin Tempura Cocktail, and Coconut Mousse. The Natsu Tasting menu is available daily for lunch and dinner. AED 1,999 per couple (including a bottle of French bubbles) and AED 2,999 per couple (including a bottle of premium French bubbles).
