THEMBA: 17 October 2026

THEMBA

South African DJ and producer THEMBA takes over the Bohemia beachfront on Saturday, 17 October 2026. Born in Johannesburg, he has built his reputation around a distinctive combination of house and techno with percussion and musical influences rooted in Africa. The producer is behind tracks such as “Disappear”, which has accumulated more than eight million streams, as well as “Give Me Something To Hold” with JACK BACK. His sets lean towards deeper, rhythm-driven territory, making his appearance one of the season’s strongest choices for fans of Afro-house and underground electronic music.

Jan Blomqvist: 24 October 2026

Jan Blomqvist

Berlin-based Jan Blomqvist occupies a different corner of the electronic spectrum. A musician, producer, vocalist and DJ, he is best known for blending live performance and emotive vocals with deep electronic compositions. Tracks such as “The Space In Between”, “More” and “Dancing People Are Never Wrong” showcase his melodic, often introspective sound. His performances sit somewhere between a traditional DJ set and an electronic concert, making his return to Bohemia on Saturday, 24 October 2026 particularly well suited to the venue’s sunset-to-night format.

Returning to the Palm Jumeirah venue on Saturday, 7 November 2026, Blue should deliver one of the season’s most immediately recognisable sets, spanning radio-friendly dance tracks, pop collaborations and festival favourites.

Bohemia’s beach club chapter began in 2024, when the long-running party concept evolved into a dedicated beachfront venue. Its Saturday series, Bohemia Presents, has since welcomed an eclectic mix of house and electronic names, with previous programmes featuring Hot Since 82, Dennis Ferrer, James Hype, Sonny Fodera, Vintage Culture and Anjunadeep. The setting combines a glass-lined infinity pool, beachfront dancefloor, Mediterranean dining and large-scale sound and lighting production.

All seven Bohemia Presents dates begin at 7pm at Bohemia Beach Club, FIVE Palm Jumeirah, with entry restricted to guests aged 21 and over.
