R&B singer J. Holiday is heading to Dubai – and you can get free tickets

Catch the American artist at Lucky Voice on 26 November.

Get ready to groove, Dubai. American rapper and singer J. Holiday is coming to the city. He will be performing at Lucky Voice on Sunday, 26 November. So, if you want a holiday, here’s how to get hold of free tickets. 

J. Holiday, born Nahum Thorton Grymes, hails from Washington DC, United States. When he was growing up, he was influenced by the musical acts Boyz II Men, Jodeci, Marvin Gaye and Tupac Shakur. 

In 2006, J. Holiday signed a recording contract with Capitol Records. In 2007, he released his debut album, Back of My Lac’, which debuted at number five on the United States’ Billboard 200 chart and sold 105,000 copies in the first week. His hit songs include the provocatively titled hits Bed, It’s Yours, Put You To Bed, and Suffocate. His subsequent albums include Round 2 and Guilty Conscience

Over the course of J. Holiday’s career, he has become famous for his R&B and soul sounds. He has been nominated for an American Music Award, BET Award, Grammy Award and NAACP Image Award. 

If you love live music, then there are exciting events taking place across the UAE. The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2023’s Yasalam After-Race Concerts bring together American singer Ava Max, dance DJ Tiësto, rock group Foo Fighters and country superstar Shania Twain. 

If you want to see J. Holiday in Dubai, you can register for tickets and gain free access before 5pm. After 5pm, it costs AED 150 on the door and the ticket includes a free drink.
