Nobu’s latest opening pairs Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with panoramic views of Dubai.
Nobu is preparing to write its next chapter in Dubai, as One&Only One Za’abeel confirms the arrival of Nobu One Za’abeel on 17 January 2026. Set within The Link, the world’s longest cantilevered building, the new restaurant will showcase Nobu’s Japanese cuisine infused with Peruvian influences in a dramatic setting that combines skyline views, refined interiors, and the brand’s unmistakable culinary philosophy.
Inside, design plays a starring role. Expect a richly tactile palette that includes black cerused oak, oil-rubbed bronze and brass, embossed leather, Calacatta Cielo marble and Breccia Antica stone. Bespoke liquid metal art panels, warm lighting and subtle gold-leaf accents add to the atmosphere, while black quartzite finishes and soft light-oak touches nod to Nobu’s global DNA with a distinctly Dubai edge.
As day turns to night, Nobu One Za’abeel will shift gears. The vibrant bar and lounge will evolve into an elevated late-night destination, complete with a soundtrack from leading DJs and extended opening hours. This after-hours personality introduces a side of the Nobu brand that does not exist at any other Nobu worldwide, positioning the venue as a new hotspot for Dubai’s nocturnal crowd.
True to the Nobu name, the menu will spotlight modern Japanese cuisine laced with Peruvian influences, all delivered with the brand’s signature polish. Expect signature favourites such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Nobu Sushi and premium Wagyu, alongside dishes created exclusively for this location. Highlights include Umami Mediterranean Seabass Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai Ginger Shiso Ponzu, and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shiitake Millefeuille Tozasu, each designed to suit the venue’s elevated mood and destination status.

Located within The Link, the world’s longest cantilevered concourse, Nobu One Za’abeel will sit alongside an impressive line-up of globally acclaimed concepts, including Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic by Anne-Sophie Pic, Culinara Social Dining, an elevated food hall, and Aelia, a Riviera-inspired restaurant and lounge.
Nobu, founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, now counts 57 restaurants worldwide and continues to shape modern Japanese cuisine through a distinctive blend of technique, innovation and presentation. The launch of Nobu One Za’abeel will introduce an extraordinary new Nobu experience to one of Dubai’s most visionary developments.
