Hu Pan Dubai is located on the waterfront with views of Burj Khalifa. Spanning two floors, it also includes indoor and outdoor seating. The floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace make the most of the spectacular sea and skyline views. So, sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.

Hu Pan’s menu draws inspiration from Cantonese cuisine and premium dishes, aiming to offer traditional flavours. Dishes include handcrafted dim sum, Peking duck and hand-pulled noodles – and you can see the chefs in action as they hand pull the noodles. You can also expect starters, dim sum, live seafood, sui mei, vegetables and wok. Plus, a selection of mains and desserts.
Starters include Black Fugus Salad; Salmon and Sea Bass Mixed Salad; and Spicy Chicken in chilli oil Sichuan style.. Live seafood options include Hot Oil Boiled Live Tilapia; Spicy Crafish; and Steamed Live Oyster with garlic and vermicelli.
Mains at Hu Pan Dubai include Boiled Mama Dumplings with beef and onion; Noodles with Fried Bean and Beef Sauce; Ying Ji Chow Mein; and Ying Ji Noodles with braised beef. Desserts include Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo, Stewed Bird’s Nest with Coconut Milk, and Sweet Peach Gum.
