Award-winning Chef Christophe Devoille brings culinary couture to the property.
One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai is a dining destination. Now, it has welcomed Maison Devoille. The MICHELIN-trained chef-pâtissier, Christophe Devoille, is at the helm. Located on the first floor, the café brings together hand-crafted cakes, viennoiserie, and a Champagne bar.
Maison Devoille draws inspiration from the phrase, “A Symphony of Taste”. Chef Christophe was born in Strasbourg, France. He worked with Alain Ducasse and Nicolas Berger, and around the world, from Annabel’s in London to Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Over his career, he has been awarded Gault&Millau UAE’s Pastry Chef of the Year in 2024 and 2025.

Maison Devoille has been a lifelong dream for Chef Christophe. Every pastry has been carefully crafted, and made with pride and intention. The team pride themselves on their high-quality ingredients, traditional techniques and visual elegance.
Maison Devoille menu will include cakes, desserts, viennoiserie and pastries. The collection will be made fresh each day, and focus on seasonality. The Culinary Couture will evolve to include limited-edition pieces inspired by art, culture, and fashion.

Chef Christophe explained: “Maison Devoille is rooted in the idea of quiet generosity, of offering something thoughtful in a space that encourages pause. I’ve always believed that food is not just about flavour, but how it makes you feel. It’s in the balance, the precision, the care behind each gesture. Here, everything is crafted to be simple but never ordinary, something familiar but elevated in a way that feels personal.”
