If there’s one thing Dubai loves, it’s brand-new dining spots. From rooftops to hidden gems, the UAE’s culinary scene always has something fresh to offer. And now, joining the list of exciting openings is À la Molu.

Backed by award-winning Turkish chef Ayşenur Molu Şadoğlu, À la Molu will introduce Dubai to a refined blend of Turkish and French cuisine. This restaurant is deeply personal for Aysenur Molu, as it weaves together her family legacy, her journey as a mother and chef, and her belief that food should be a cultural conversation.

While the location and menu details of the restaurant are still under wraps, we do know À la Molu will be an intimate, boutique-style venue designed for connection and conversation. Expect seasonal ingredients with homely touches, creating a warm yet sophisticated space.

At À la Molu, you can expect a menu where every dish has meaning. The menu will blend the emotional roots of Turkish cuisine with the precision of French technique. This rare combination is sure to stand out in Dubai’s already diverse dining scene. Expect artisanal pastries, indulgent main courses, desserts, and much more. The chef crafts each plate with an element of storytelling.

Chef Ayşenur Molu Şadoğlu  trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Istanbul, earning two international gold medals along the way. Before moving to Dubai, she ran the Chef Aysenur Culinary Academy in Istanbul’s Ataşehir district, where she specialised in artisanal pastry and traditional Turkish workshops. She even made waves in the fashion-meets-food world when he presented a couture chocolate dress at the Salon du Chocolat.

And now, with her upcoming restaurant, she’s inviting Dubai to pull up a chair and savour each bite. Details of when and where À la Molu will open are still under wraps, but stay tuned to find out.
