The restaurant and nightlife concept will debut in October.
If there’s one thing Dubai does well, it’s dining out. From fine-dining spots to hidden gems, there’s always plenty to explore. And yet, it’s never quite enough. Foodies are always hungry for the next big thing — and this time, it’s DOTS.
Located in DIFC’s Al Fattan Currency House, DOTS is set to open its doors this October. Hailing from Vienna, Austria, it marks the brand’s first-ever international venture.
DOTS is a stylish dining destination that’s part art gallery, part party spot. The upcoming Dubai outpost will follow its “Eat. Drink. Dance. Repeat.” motto — opening as a restaurant and bar during the day, then transforming into an exclusive late-night club after 11pm. Entry will be reserved for a curated guest list only.

The interiors at DOTS showcase soft shades of beige and pink. With warm lighting and clever use of shadows, expect an intimate atmosphere. Art plays a major role at the venue, so look out for works by Michel Comte, Anselm Reyle, Ai Weiwei, and Erwin Wurm, to name a few.
With its mix of Asian fusion cuisine, contemporary art, and nightlife under one roof, DOTS is a whole mood. The menu at DOTS blends Asian flavours with European finesse. Expect robata grills, sushi, oysters, spicy salmon tartare and more.
In 2005, Martin Ho founded DOTS. The DOTS Group is already a major player in Austria’s hospitality scene, with restaurants, bars, clubs, a boutique hotel, and even an art gallery. Now, Dubai gets to experience the same vibe – one that blurs the lines between dining, art, and nightlife. Following the Dubai launch, DOTS has plans to expand to London, Miami, New York, and Ibiza in the coming years.
The opening is soon – so, start thinking of ways to make that exclusive guest list post-11pm. Check in with FACT for the best things to do in Dubai.
