The Japanese restaurant is located on Jumeirah Beach Road.

Get ready for a refined culinary journey with an exciting omakase dining experience, Fuloong. Curated by Roots of Satori, the concept blends luxury ingredients with a carefully curated dinner. Located on Jumeirah Beach Road in Dubai, the new venue will open soon. So, if you’re looking for an elevated evening, then here’s what you need to know.

The meticulously crafted omakase menu at Fuloong in Dubai begins with a soothing, in-house-brewed tea. Each course is thoughtfully named to reflect its essence. The Emperor’s Reflection introduces miso and seaweed, while The Lessons of Nature offers a vibrant, seasonal salad. The Depth of Exploration, inspired by Fuzhou, invites a deeper cultural connection.

Omakase is a Japanese dining style that means “I leave it up to you.” You trust the chef to curate a tasting that follows the season, the catch, and their personal style. As the meal progresses, guests are treated to bolder flavours. The Fire of Transformation features smoky, barbecued eel, and The Reward of Mastery showcases premium Japanese Wagyu. The Quiet Horizon, a savoury egg custard, pays homage to Japanese culinary tradition. To end, The Crown of Jewels delivers an indulgent finale with Wagyu, Toro, and other cuts.

The venue is a discreet destination. Go through the unassuming door, and enter a space that would not look out of place in Japan. Traditional calligraphy adorns the wall, and a window looks out onto the road. At the open kitchen, you can watch the chefs at work. Take your pick from a range of colourful chopsticks and dig in.

Fuloong in Dubai is hosted across three seatings each evening at 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm. The experience is available by reservation only, and the booking link will open soon.
