Opening in October, the restaurant blends Mediterranean soul with Asian flair.
Dubai isn’t short of great restaurants. And just when you think you’ve tried them all, a new concept comes along to stir your appetite once again. This time, say hello to Orilla, coming soon to the city.
Taking its name from the Spanish word for “shore,” Orilla draws inspiration from the golden towns of the Mediterranean coast, then layers in the elegance and precision of Asian cuisine. The result is a contemporary, coast-to-table concept at Hotel Local Dubai, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle.

The restaurant interiors will transport you to a Mediterranean village. Orilla pairs sweeping skyline views with a casual-meets-luxury design language of light, coastal textures, clean lines, and carefully judged detail. It’s a space built for all hours, from laid-back lunches and golden-hour aperitifs to sociable dinners, with a menu that promises bright flavours and charcoal accents.
Orilla is helmed by Chef Saradhi Dakara, who brings his bold “MediterrAsian” vision to the kitchen, blending Mediterranean flavours with Asian influences. Drawing inspiration from his travels and personal memories, the menu features grilled seafood, salads, handmade pasta, and unexpected spice blends. The food is comforting, familiar, and full of surprises.
“After years of cooking, travelling, and learning from the vibrant towns that line the Mediterranean coast, I wanted to create a place that captures the spirit of those memories, the flavours, the energy, the simplicity, and the soul,” says Chef Saradhi Dakara.

Opening its doors in October, Orilla is designed to flow with the rhythm of the day and with uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline, every table feels like the best seat in the house.
So, if you’re looking for a soulful escape where food, music, and good company come together, Orilla is where you ought to be. Mark your calendars now—because once it opens, it’ll be hard to snag a table.
