From Chakras to Salt, these are FACT’s top wellness tips for 2022

FACT’s in-house beauty expert examines the latest health and wellness trends for the year ahead. 


First up is the use of salts, such as natural occurring mineral salts like Epsom and Himalayan. The easiest way to incorporate salt into wellness routines is by running a bath and adding salts and essential oils. The salts provide magnesium which helps to promote sleep while reducing stress, pain and swelling.
